What Makes One a Man or Woman after God's own heart?

When you walk intimately with God, you are obedient to Him because you know His heart and assured of His love and faithfulness. You know He seeks the best for you. His thoughts towards you are thoughts of peace and not of evil to give you a hope and a future. You are assured that HE surrounds you with favor and love, and whatever happens to you on this pilgrimage of life that good will come out of it.

For we know that all things work together for good for those that love Him, for those who are called according to His purpose. -Romans 8:28

There is an assurance of His protection, mercy and abundant grace in intimacy. One begins to feel God's heart and has understanding of how great His goodness is to them that believe. It becomes easy to obey and walk in His ways knowing HE has the best intentions.

We know that God's commandments are not grievous. What makes one a man or woman of God is walking in obedience, which is developed through an intimate relationship with God.
